Sunday Cricket Success
A comprehensive 58 run victory against Tyler Hill at the weekend saw our Sunday XI secure promotion to Division 3 East with a game to spare. Steve Eggleston (44) and Pat Briscoe (41) batted us to a competitive target of 147-9 on a tricky wicket. In reply, Tyler Hill were all out for 89, in what was at times, a fiery performance! 5 wickets from Tim Pichowski, 3 from Lloyd Stevens and 2 from Alex Simmonds saw us to a comfortable victory. The lads can finish the season as Champions on 3rd September with victory over Selsted.
