Hythe Girls Reach Kent Finals!

Well, who’d have thought it! From a small group of girls who got together in a sports hall 2 years ago, named themselves ‘The Frogs’ and joked they were ‘powered by Haribos’… to Kent Finalists!

Congratulations to the fabulous girls who represented Hythe (East Kent Area), Bexley (Met East Kent Area), Penshurst Park CC (West Kent), and Holmesdale (Mid Kent) at the U13 Girls Club Eighty Finals at Kings Hill CC on 28th August. It was a great day of cricket with DJ, commentator and a special guest appearance from Tilly Corteen-Coleman (Kent and Southern Brave Player). Hythe players put in some brilliant individual performances against far more experienced opponents. Big thanks to Coach Chris Green and to a wonderful team support crew of parents and friends. We think fourth in Kent is awesome!
